"Our stay was fantastic except that housekeeping did not come and clean our room. We stayed 3 nights and I asked the front desk twice if housekeeping could come and they said yes but no one came. The rest of our stay was amazing and the front staff were very kind and helpful!"

"The staff was friendly, despite experiencing some technical issues and staffing shortages. Sadly, the beautiful bar/lounge was closed for business but open for seating. The fireplace is very inviting, especially compared to the small and slightly awkward front desk area. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, with minimal amenities or additional seating area. We heard hardly any noise other than the light drone of the nearby highway. Parking was convenient and affordable. We will return...

"The property was very well maintained and the rooms were very spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Our room had an interesting scent when we first entered but I guess the previous guest had some leftovers that lingered. Overall it was really good property and the parking was convenient as it was just across the street. If you need a spot to many locations in Portland this is a good place. "
