"The property was extremely tired and run down and did not reflect how it was advertised on the Expedia website. We paid extra for a spa bath which when we turned it on, filled the room with the smell of sewage- we obviously therefore did not use it! Our room smelled damp and there was evidence of mould on the ceiling in our room and in communual areas. The furniture was battered and broken and the shower rusty."

"The hotel is fantastic, better than expected. The area, the people and the hotel itself were awesome. The hotel has a restaurant and a private beach. The food was fantastic and the beach is clean and well taken care of. I recommend this hotel to everyone wants a get away from life stress."

"Amamos ficar na Pousada Paradise, um verdadeiro paraíso! A pousada é linda, o staff do check-in é super educado e cordial. Tem uma piscina super gostosa com piscina infantil. O café da manhã é completíssimo e muito farto. Fica pertinho da praia do Indaiá, que é ótima pra crianças. A pousada tem uma equipe de recreação muito animada, meu filho amou brincar com os tios. "Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, o quarto é muito confortável e estava bem limpinho. A área de lazer da pousada muito bem cuidada e ampla, amei cada detalhe. "El hotel cuenta con lo básico y el personal es amable. Hasta aquí todo bien. Sin embargo cuando hice el check-in me informaron que el restaurante estaba cerrado ese día. No tuve mas opción que cenar en un restaurante fuera. Me sobró un poco de comida que guardé en la pequeña refrigeradora que tiene la habitación. No hubo manera de que me hicieran la cortesía de calentarla en microondas por un minuto. ¡Castigan así al huésped! Nunca regresaré a un lugar donde no tienen sentido común para...

"The hotel was located within a five minute walk from Maresias Beach. The area was quiet during the off season but nice. The staff weren't rude but also not very helpful. Our bathroom light was very finicky, it would only work when it wanted to, which was twice. They came to replace the bulb but it still wasn't working properly afterwards. Overall though, the hotel grounds are quite nice. The rooms could definitely use a better layout and the floors needed cleaning. It was definitely not a bad...

"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower in the dark. Overall a 3.8/5. "
