" The property was lovely and furnished well. The biggest gripe I have is with the master bath. The tub/shower is too high for an older person and the toilet is too low. The tub has to stay. The toilet could be replaced with a chair high one reasonably. Also needed are some safety bars in the bathrooms. We had a nice stay."

"We showed up to no hot water - someone failed to turn on the electric to the hot water heater. No wash cloths, found them clumped in the dryer where they had been washed and not dried so everything dried together. Rewashed them only to find out that the washer is broke and woke drain - wouldn't have worked anyway because the dryer is broke. ... the internet is up and down all day - creates a horrible work status for a business owner.... and to top it all off the TV in the master suite won't even...
