"The house was easy to get to and right on the lake. The grandkids loved the fishing and swimming off the dock. The layout of the house worked for multiple families to be together but still have their own space. The house could use a little landscape cleanup but house still good formis"

"The house was very cute inside and close to down town. Owner was very nice and even let us know about bad weather that was coming and where we could seek shelter of needed. The beds were comfortable and the home was nicely decorated. Would stay here again next time we are in town visiting our family"

"Perfect home for a getaway! It was super clean and had so much thought put into every detail. It was beautifully decorated and fully stocked for any need. There was a lot of room in the house and felt like plenty of room for our large family. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and made accommodations for our large family.If we stay in Jeff City again, we will stay here!"

"Once again we had a wonderful time staying at Dan’s Mizzou home. It’s the perfect size and location and we’ve now rented it twice! Owner is communicative and responsive and everything you could need is provided for your stay! Decorations and MIZ accents are outstanding."

"This is a very well-maintained property. Very clean and communication was great. My only constructive feedback is concerning this being a pet friendly rental. There is nowhere to take the dogs for BR breaks…so we took them to a gravel parking lot up the hill from the rental. It would’ve been nice to know that in advance. Otherwise a great home and would recommend to others."

"This property, hands down, is THE BEST rental property I’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail is impeccable. The owners have made every effort to make your stay seamless and enjoyable. You can leave everything at home and just bring yourselves to this one. The kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances and every cooking utensil and spice you could ever imagine. Every bathroom is stocked with travel sized toiletries for your use including toothbrushes, shaving cream and makeup...

"This property was exactly as it was listed. We are a family of 5 adults that takes a Thanksgiving trip every year and this home is now one of our favorites. The view was spectacular from the sun room and that was where we ended up spending a lot of our time. The kitchen was so well stocked and had "extras" that a lot of places don't. There were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows that everyone was very comfortable. I can't recommend staying here enough!"

"The only reason this property received 4 stars is because it failed to provide hot water on one of the days. However, the owner had the water heater replaced while we were there."

"We have stayed in this house 4 years in a row for a bass tournament and it's always an enjoyable trip. House is always clean and it works out perfect for us because there is an open boat slip on the dock and a boat ramp a couple houses down! I highly recommend!!"
