Took too long to check in. When travelers are tired we don't want to stand there while the reg person made me wait (no one else anywhere), and I didn't want to hear about his life problems and issues. Sorry, but I'm tired and I told him my dinner was getting cold also). Then the extensive perfumes and. Leaning chemicals were unbearable. And ants!

Very dirty. Front of building smells like cat urine. Took 20 minutes to get checked in because no one was at the desk. When she did appear she didnt even check my id. Just throws the room key at me. Will never return.

Staff and customer service was outstanding. Breakfast was fresh and very good. We slept like babies in the gigantic comfy king sized bed. My new favorite hotel for sure.

Friendly staff, updated decor, breakfast good but room was not refreshed and no advance notice was given, with no housekeeping service, was such reflected in the price? COVID is over! Shower drain not working--nasty! Landscaping in much need of upgrade. Weeds, stray saplings, bushes need dead headed, dead branches (winter kill)

The room was decent size. The bathroom sink had hair in it, not sure if there was a used towel hanging in bathroom, the bed is just a cheap wire frame with a metal base so every time you hit your foot on it it made a loud noise. Could hear people in other rooms having the same problem. The window was left open and unsecured, there is a threshold coming into room that I tripped on, would not recommend staying at this hotel. Lots of issues.
