"Great location. Room was really nice but the Air Con wasn’t very effective. Only a very short walk to the beach. Staff all very helpful and friendly. We were room only but bought food from the hotel facilities - mainly the Crispy Corner. Food was only OK. Shop was very convenient and overall the hotel had everything you could need for a good holiday. We enjoyed it and would most likely stay there again. "

"Had a wonderful week-long stay in Can Picafort. The staff were really friendly, the hotel was spotless, breakfast had a huge choice and the location was perfect for all amenities. Parking is the only issue (not the fault of the hotel) but we always found somewhere nearby. A perfect place to relax, unwind and explore the island away from tacky clubs and drunken Brits! Highly recommend!"

The staff were friendly and the rooms and most of the hotel grounds were very clean (the communal poolside toilets were not the nicest but I would say that’s more down to the guests than the staff). "The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great. "

"Despite flight delays, being the last to be drop off for our airport transfer and met with orange warning for storms during our visit to majorca. Our experience with the hotel had been very positive, the staff was caring and they went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay with them. "They shouldn’t charge more money to clean your room during stay. We paid the same day rate for 7 nights as someone staying for one night and they get their room cleaned. Would be easier to make 7 separate bookings to ensure room is cleaned daily"
