"Excellent hotel situated across the road from the lovely Son Mol Beach. Quiet though central location. Impressive hotel room and high end bathroom. We booked half board and the standard of food is very high indeed. Only criticisms in relation to our stay would be that the pool which is such a feature of the Hotel, was not heated (early Nov) though we prefer sea swimming (which was warmer), bottled water was not provided free of charge in the room and we were expected to pay for Nespresso...

"Everything suited our needs for a short stay with the girls. The staff and guests were really friendly. Cannot fault the hotel but no gluten free options for lunch by the pool. This didn't really present a problem as plenty of options in resort. In resort you could get freshly baked GF baggettes in most restaurants so just ask as not advertised. "

"Lovely modern hotel. We had a junior suite which was much larger than other studios we’ve stayed in. Pool was great although crowded in July. "Expedia site reservation states 2 double sofa beds. Our room had 2 twin beds pushed together. When I asked for the room I reserved, I was told the hotel only had this type room and that expedia site showed something the hotel did not offer. No way to upgrade room or get a double bed. 10 days of misery."

"Very nice little hotel. Beds comfortable. Air con worked well and quiet. Double glazing on patio blocked sound from outside. Very clean everywhere. Location for beach fantastic. Pool area nice enough but we spent most of the time down the beach. Not the biggest selection for food but good enough and normally a speciality feature every night. My favourite was the pasta Parmesan. Lovely chocolate sauce for the churros in the morning too! Staff really nice and friendly, special shout out to Raquel...
