"I was surprised to find out how far this property was from main points of interest, given how expensive transportation is. A positive is how quiet it is, in comparison to downtown, but options for dining, shopping, etc. are very limited. The property itself was fine except that the wifi was very unstable. If you need to work at all, or use the wifi for your mobile service (like I did), then this is not a feasible option. "

Getting in and out of the property is a bit of a challenge as it directly on to a motor way that people are driving very quickly on. There is a mirror that allows the driver to see oncoming traffic, offering greater safety. Communication is top notch. The keeper responds in seconds. "

The outside sitting area that overlooks the beachfront needs some yard work done. Grass in the back needs to cut and the pavement need to be pressure washed filled with mold; the benches behind the room has to be refurbished pressure wash and repaint.
