"Bathroom was way too small with an odd shaped shower the room was super cold and no blankets on beds. The breakfast was just a snack not breakfast usually this place is awesome but it’s really going down hill "

Accidentally entered wrong date of arrival but attendant from the facility called me immediately and kindly changed the date without hesitation and even offered a better room. It was Christmas eve and the office communicated to make sure they would still be in the office when we arrived to ensure we received keys. They waited until we arrived and check in was so easy. The cabin was very clean and cozy and the view was amazing! Thank you...

"We loved the Board Room. Very responsive hosts. So much room. Super clean and completely stocked: kitchen had all the tools for a full meal and an easy breakfast + seating for 12 for meals, Ping pong (great fun!) assorted board games and large TV. We visited in Fall but would love to see Spring and Winter as well. Bed was so great we over slept the alarm! "

"The Hotel Gunter is a very charming hotel, with beautiful lobby area and unique details in the halls, etc. The hotel restaurant and basement speakeasy are both very good, the staff is helpful, and there are interesting historic features and displays. It needs a bit of TLC in the guest rooms, but they are still quite comfortable, fairly spacious, a good value. Located in a walkable downtown, with free parking behind the hotel."

"We had a great time. We didn’t know what to expect, but we wanted to see some snow and we thought there might be some there. The area had gotten some snow, but the weather was just perfect. The owners and staff were fantastic and were always available to help. "

"This is a really cozy, thoughtful spot not far from restaurants and the mountain and lake but in a very serene setting with caring hosts. I enjoyed sitting by the fire, surrounded by snow. I would definitely recommend and would definitely return. "
