Since it is a budget hotel, you need to make a request one day before for room cleaning, otherwise they do not do it. If you would like to check in earlier or leave your luggage until your room is ready or flight, they charge you extra. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, so you can walk everywhere, and the area is safe"

"The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."
