"We were a little divided over this hotel. Being a glass half full type, I was prepared to overlook the work going on and the noise it created up until 10.30pm, plus one or two other little bits and pieces. The room was a delight (we were upgraded) and the staff were lovely. The breakfast was a bit disappointing - I’d expect a much better coffee machine with a multiple of options in this day and age. However, the food was good. The location was excellent, I must say. I’d certainly stay there...

If you're a shy person a see through bathrooms may not be ideal, little kettle and coffee station in the room would be nice but there's a coffee shop at the ground floor. "Good hotel, but we had to change rooms because the double bed was tiny and the mattress was horrible, so they offered us single beds, but the mattress wasn't the best either. When you're on holiday, the least you expect is a comfortable bed to sleep in. The staff did their best to please us, but apparently it's normal not to have a good bed in a hotel. Another thing €10 per day to park the car in an extremely tight parking lot, I thought parking was included in the price."

"We had a 5 night stay in the Plaza Hotel and had an amazing time. Location was excellent and 10 minute walk from the Cathedral area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Armine. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed made. We booked the room with a terrace and had amazing views over the city. Yes the rooms are a little tired and dated, but for the price we paid we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend. "

"The apartment is a sound machine. From the noise from the street below, the neighbors across the street to the other occupants of the other apartments very echoy and the doors make alot of noise. Was there 5 nights had 1 good night sleep. The location is awesome. No where to sit comfortably but the bed as the chairs were very uncomfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen table and chairs need a lot of refresh. The employees were awesome."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Palacio La Casa Blanca. When checking in, they noticed my birthday was the next day and sent up a lovely bottle of wine and snacks for us. The room was set up well and we had everything we needed. The only thing we can note, which is out of the control of the property (or most hotels, for that matter), is that you will not get a good night’s sleep during periods of business if you are a light sleeper. The windows are great for keeping out most of the street...
