"Listing stated room with 2 beds, but upon arrival they only had rooms with 1 bed. We had to pay extra for another room since the listing wasn’t even close to being accurate. "When a typical Brazzaville rainstorm occurred, my room flooded and had to be mopped out. The breakfast buffet was absolutely awful. The chafing dishes containing 'hot' items had no warming and the food was ice cold - eggs, everything. Dinners were good on quantity, average to poor on quality. Closets had only 4-5 old bent wire hangers - no pants or suit hangers. On checkout the network wasn't working to process credit cards!"
