"Staff and facilities were great however two intrusions. Was initially checked into the wrong room - regular king instead of suite as-reserved. Was awakened at 4:30 by what sounded like a vacuum cleaner or large equipment upstairs from our room. No fault of the property, but Marriott Bonvoy app password reset does not work, so no points for this stay, a dissatisfier. "

"We stayed at the Lake Morey Resort primarily for the groomed ice trails on Lake Morey, which didn't disappoint! We skated both days we were there, and after a heavy snow the first night the trail was being freshly groomed again for skating! The restaurant was fantastic and we enjoyed a live band in the Steamboat Bar....no reason to leave the Resort. Everything you need is right there! Decor is very nice and rooms were large and spacious."

"Very rustic which is fine and I'm usually up for. The water is atrocious and needs to be tested. My daughter and I were sick for two days after drinking the water. I have a terrible sense of smell, but noticed it when showering after the first night. Horrible. We left but could not get all the way home (6 hours drive) because of our gastrointestinal issues. We live separately and could not connect any other shared consumptions. Owner is very nice, but does not respond to emails or texts even...
