Bakerriver Tiny treehouse
This this tree house nearly overs over the Baker River. It is close Mount Moosilauke. Wi-Fi is a short walk away, so is the toilet. A Village Market is close by. It can sleep 1 tall, 1 Medium, 1 very small person or pet. One full bed. Two people is ideal. The floor is a rhombus not a square. Heater works to well. The road is close, but the river rapids push out local traffic noise. I was a 10-year hosts on intraplatform. I had 2,500 reviews and a huge return percentage. I moved on beacuse they stared to charge too much mostly.

The location is awesome, right on the river. Having the firepit was perfect. Although we brought our own wood, having the option to purchase wood right on site is a bonus. The Treehouse was cozy but very clean. We would stay here again in a minute and have already told many of our friends about this place. Thanks for a great stay!
The treehouse was the perfect size for the two of us to spend a weekrnd while we hiked and explored the area. Peaceful, somewhat secluded, beautiful setting- exactly what we were looking for!
Rustic, private, peaceful little getaway! It had everything you needed to cook by the fire, although we brought our own skillets. Forever is beautiful and puts you to sleep! Bed is two foam mats but honestly just as comfortable as our bed at home, both slept like babies.
The pictures do not do this place justice! It is such a beautiful property. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to relax; this is the place.
Great communication with the host too! It is a perfect weekend get a way. My boyfriend and I will definitely be back soon!
If you want to escape and relax and can handle being away and outside this is it.

Calm quiet little get away
A little hard to find due to arriving there very late at night but signs and trails were helpful. Would have liked to use the cooking set up but didn’t get to as we had a very busy weekend. Loved being so close to the water. Small but worked just fine for us. Wouldn’t bring iPad kids but other than that perfect for a few nights.
The treehouse was perfect for a silent retreat: not far from the road yet secluded, private, and a beautiful natural setting. As others have said, it is close to the road so cars are occasionally audible--but the sound of the river drowns out most noises. The treehouse itself was exactly as it was advertised: not posh, quite tiny, but a perfect place for someone who just wants to be by themself. I also appreciated the swings, chairs, and fire pit and very reasonably-priced wood; also provided a grate on which to place a frying pan (provided) and a couple other basic cooking items. It was just what I needed.
Excellent place to set up basecamp for a weekend hiking excursion
Although we mainly just used it to sleep the tiny treehouse was lovely and clean and the heater worked well to keep us warm on these chilly october nights , property is gorgeous with trails all thoroughout it . Will definitely come back one day
I went up to NH for one night with my dog. Stayed in this adorable tree house on a cold November night. The propane heater kept me warm and toasty and comfortable. Eric welcomed us both with open arms. Can’t wait to come again.
unless you are a stone ski bum with a sleeping bag this might not be for you
we did not stay. there was filth and no bed or bedding. it was uninhabitable. I had my three year old with me. I am requesting a refund. we booked two nights. had to drive to Lincoln and get a hotel instead. bad experience.
Really unique treehouse in beautiful, private setting. Rain didn’t enter at all. Enjoyed campfires using cool fire pit on nights it didn’t rain. That said, glad we brought all our camping gear for meal prep and evening comfort (solar lights, camp shower, bedding). It’s advertised as bedding included, but one sheet was torn and threadbare, so we used our own. The mattress is two sheets of foam, queen-sized, which I was doubtful would be comfortable, but we slept like babies (and I’m a side sleeper and was very comfortable). Be prepared for sand- I didn’t know northern NH is so sandy! I swept out treehouse on arrival- there is an excellent hand broom on site. Long walk from this treehouse to bathroom. Rick provided a wheelbarrow from parking lot to site, which was awesome.
