"The hotel is extremely nice. I was thoroughly surprised when I arrived to see how well maintained it is. The hotel isn't really near anything - we stayed here after taking the evening train from Shanghai before embarking on to Moganshan the next day. It's a perfect place to stay for one night. Rooms are spacious, though they do allow smoking in some rooms so just be aware when booking to note your preference. Breakfast was a good mix of Western and Chinese. She will call a taxi to bring you to your rebooked accommodation which is located near Wulinmen. Rebooked accommodation is ok. About the same. Pics as shown."

"We booked this hotel as it was advertised to be in Shanghai. The map showed it to be in a nice location. Only when we were on our way from the airport we found out it was in Hangzhou. So we were stuck in a taxi in Shanghai at 00:30 am with two sleeping children and nowhere to go. So far, expedia has offered us NO compensation of any kind."
