"We did not get to stay at the property , I have no idea how this happened I wanted to book for St. Pierre the island of Nfld you can imagine my disappointment when after 2 hours looking & no one to help us a delivery man figured it out I changed my booking after being told there was no ferry on Monday & thought all was good I could not call hotel as we had no phones with us as we were out of the country so we lost out.."

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "

"Room was reasonably sized and bed was comfy. Efficient cleaning service kept the room looking nice but no window in the bathroom meant it smelled damp and we saw some cockroaches. Front wall of the bedroom is a large window so you must decide between privacy and natural light. Staff were pleasant and friendly but not very helpful e.g. on arrival when we asked for advice on where to eat they did not mention that many restaurants close on Sundays and those that do open is usually after 7pm!...

"Just completed a 3 night stay at Cases Couleurs. Opun entering the grounds you are impressed by the setting, verandas from idyllic buildings that look right out of Africa. The sunsets from the pool area are magical, don't miss them. A couple of items to remember: - Google maps will tell you to take an incorrect road, the road is down the hill. There are signs for the place so look for the signs. - there are no toiletries so bring your own soup and hair products. - you may find no one at...
