The Restaurant was Very Good and there were other Dining Options in the area including the 5 Star Hotel Kempinski across the street. But the Main Dining and Entertainment was in Dorf, a 20-minute walk or take the Bus."

No coffee at all. 2 sugars. We should really be refunded partially as we paid for this service but was not given it. The bathroom is nice but no where to hand the towels,...

"Absolutely loved our stay, which unfortunately was only for one night. Although a 3 star it felt like we stayed in a 4 or 5 star hotel. The views over the frozen lake and mountains from our room and the restaurant were breathtaking. The room was very clean and comfortable with lots of nice touches that made it extra special - the dressing gowns were so luxurious. Breakfast was fantastic. Looking forward to staying again. "

At looks as though you are going to the restaurant Riccardo's and not hotel piz as the name of the restaurant is more prominent. Otherwise you can bypass the hotel not realizing that the restaurant is also the entrance for the hotel."
