"On the positive the room was clean, the bed comfortable, nice bathroom and came with a kitchen. It's situated directly across the lake from the train station with great walks starting just along the street. It wasn't so good on the little things that you would normally expect; no hand soap, face wash, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, etc. Personally, given that it came with a kitchen, I would expect a few basics items such as condiments and paper towels. "Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für alle Unternehmungen. Bus und Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants ums Eck. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden und gepflegt, zum wohlfühlen. Die Heizung im oberen Teil der Wohnung ist sehr warm."

"The location is great! The check in was one hour later than stated so we had to hang around the hotel opposite for a couple of hours with our luggage. Also, it was difficult to communicate with the host as there was no English. The second bedroom is small and really only suitable for children. The host was very kind to allow us a late check out. TV did not work so we could not get Apple TV or Netflix working. Overall ok but could have been better."

"This place is about 20 minutes from city center, not far from the lake. There is a Lidi supermarket at the ground floor. Watch out - the room lacks some of the basic necessities, not even a box of tissues. The electric stove does not work in the room, so we just eat out. We have been to a few different hotels and apartments in Switzerland during our trip. so far this is the worst place we have been to. "

"This was our second stay at this property in Chiavenna and it did not disappoint. The apartment is clean and close to everything. Communication and check in with the property owner is seamless. "My boyfriend and I were very pleased with this place. The property and the valley in which it is located are absolutely beautiful. The unit itself is pretty tiny but worked for us. Because the unit is tiny, there are steep and narrow stairs to the loft and the bed is only a full size. Maurizio was a very good host and sent us a lot of recommendations for things to do in the area. This place was totally worth it!"
