"This trip exceeded all our expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were prompt when our travel plans were delayed and we were entering late. Breakfast had such a variety and was great every morning especially seeing the view. We had 2 different rooms due to a booking error that was our fault, however they were very attentive in informing us and were very accommodating. We’d cannot wait to come again and stay w/ our framiloes!"

"Great location as it’s right across the main bus terminal and Grindelwald train station. Room was a bit tight to open 2 big luggages on the floor. Other than this, everything was expected and room has a bath. Nice breakfast buffet."
