This is is a beautiful hotel right at the foot of a mountain with amazing views. The room was very clean . The only negative was they even though I paid for a 4 occupancy room they charge me $261 for “an extra guest”

Amazing hotel in a great place. Friendly staff, magnificent room of ample size for two people with magical view of Grindelwald valley and the mountains. Convenient location outside of town but easily accessible by foot, bus or car. Would most definitely stay here again.

Hotel Kirchbuehl is a fantastic hotel to stay while visiting the Grindelwald and the tourist sites within Jungfraujoch region. The hotel provided a scrumptious breakfast and two excellent restaurants for dining. Will return in winter to fully utilise the ski in and out features of the the Hotel Kirchbuehl’s location.

The location and free parking were great. It is walkable to both the bus station and the central area of Grindelwald. The unit we were in was clean and comfortable. The only negative thing was the staff. Everyone’s attitude was not friendly or welcoming. Everything else including the breakfast was good.

We loved this hotel! The room was nice with a lovely view of the alps. It was pretty spacious with a fridge and we got a kettle on request. It had a good breakfast spread. Staff is very helpful and polite. Free Parking outside the hotel was a huge convenience. They had complementary cake offerings daily in the afternoon and we enjoyed some lovely confectioneries. Beautiful view from the restaurants. It was our best experience amongst all the European countries we visited and stayed.

Incredible hotel with incredible and helpful staff! Sandro was the most helpful staff member we have ever come across in my travels. He spent the time to help us with our itinerary and ordering tickets for us. He went out of his way as well to refrigerate our food. The rest of the staff were amazing as well. The views from our room in the morning couldn't be better! The rooms were clean and they provided amazing amenities. Restaurants are located right in the lobby. Great location as well. Highly recommend. One of our favorite stays ever.

Great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The views are amazing and breakfast is very nice. I would highly recommend the place. They also offer a free shuttle to the station and back. However one needs to reserve that in advance. Highly recommended.

Very quiet location about 5 to 7 minutes north of the busy tourist strip. It is convenient and close enough to walk to the busy shopping and restaurants in about 5 to 7 minutes yet far enough to be quiet and allow the enjoyment of the great mountain views. The staff is very friendly and the service was excellent. The breakfast was good with lots of options. parking is convenient on the property. The hotel has a dining terrace with spectacular Mountain View’s. The balcony views are great from multiple sides of the hotel. Excellent value for the location, views, and great service.

The only complaint I have is that the outlets didn’t work that great with my grounded universal converter. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The room is extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.
