"We chose to stay in Interlaken as a good central jumping off point for the region. It is literally connected to the Interlaken West train station, it could not be more convenient! The hotel is nice and fresh in the common areas, the stairs and areas around the elevators can use a fresh coat of paint. The staff is outstanding and the restaurant is good, but the staff is the real story! We weren’t crazy about our accommodation, the room was quite small especially with all the luggage we had...

"This property is modern in facility considering its a cabin style lodging which skiers and snow fanatics will appreciate. The location is in Grindewald close to the Terminal station. The place is well kept and very clean. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. Our stay includes free breakfast. This property has nice views of both the villages and the mountains. "This hotel's strongest asset is it is super close and easy to get to and from the train station with a short walk. The room is small but comfortable. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Breakfast was great as well. This hotel just needs a little update and it would be even better. That being said, it was still and good experience!"
