The room had a poor odour even after cleaning staff did their job, room decor and furniture has to revamped to give a fresh good feel. The price is a good driver, some training of the staff will help improve the stay experience."

"The full access to their spa was awesome. The reception desk was kind to offer me the spa access while waiting for my room for checking in. Taking a shower after a long flight and a warm weather makes a world of difference to your comfort level. The room is nicely appointed, clean and designed with care. The hotel conveniently offers currency exchange for travelers and their hotel is near the must see places in Recoleta such as the Cemetery, and El Ateneo Bookstore. There are plenty of stores...
