Beds were not made, blankets were filthy so was the bathroom. During the check-in we were told silverware and diningware was no available, despite it is announced as an ammenity. We booked a triple room and were received with an 8 bunk bed dormitory. We did not stay, and had to book a last-minute expensive room somewhere else. "
