"The property was beautiful—almost new facility, inviting atmosphere, and convenient shuttle to the airport. However, the bulk of the staff needs training as they aren’t customer conscious or attentive. My guess is that they have never worked in the service industry. The shining star was the morning attendant who made omelettes/tortillas/eggs-to-order. She should be running and training for the entire facility. She was warm, intelligent, gracious, and service-oriented. I would return...
