The staff were helpful but it took several hours to find an alternative room which was disappointing as it happened on the only free day we had and the hotel was far from full. "A great boutique hotel: spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable, with a small breakfast offering too. I liked how you could use the kitchen area for coffee/tea and eating your own food outside of breakfast hours. The staff were all very friendly and kind. It’s in a suburb of Valencia but max 5 mins walk from different transport options and in a quiet area. I would definitely recommend it. "
