It is very close to the heart of Benaulim, being approximately 5 minutes walk to the centre of town in one direction and about a 10 minute walk to the beach in the other direction. "The property owner is not satisfied with OYO, since the rate of tariff waa 1300/- and EXPEDIA charges more than triple price, they refused to provide mosquito repellents although they admits that they could provide, but due to OYO GUEST, they won't. The place is in remote place of any beach, there is no communication facilities , except own car."

Very poor room service choice and nothing really offered in the inclusive "buffet" breakfast, makes it a poor stay. No room cleaning offered in the 2N/3D stay. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. "DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA!! We booked the hotel for 1 night and when we arrived the customer service representative at the front desk informed us they are not registered with Expedia and they do not have a booking for us even though I pre-paid on Expedia. Expedia informed me that it is a non-refundable booking. Where did my money go? Expedia is now looking into the issue. The hotel name has changed and the phone number has also changed...even the color of the building is different...

"Unfortunately when we arrived no one seemed to be expecting us and there was confusion and a lack of communication. The room wasn’t ready and although made up quickly there were things missing requiring several calls to housekeeping. The hotel is lovely on a gorgeous sandy beach and the gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are some excellent places to eat nearby. Overall I’d give the hotel an 8/10"
