"Property was clean and grounds immaculate. Staff were very polite, informative and genuine. All restaurants offered an appealing menu with fine food. The Riverside restaurant on the bank of the Sal River overlooked a working fishing port with the boats coming and going all evening, a great backdrop. Good selection of drinks at the bar except for the beer being in only small bottles and expensive. Overall an excellent stay during our tour of the west coast of India."

"A warm welcome and goodbye. The family owned property is well-managed with onsite English speaking staff 24/7, who provide advice & guidance and can arrange transport etc. It’s a 20 min walk to the local beach or 45 min to Benaulim beach. The town centre is an easy 10 minute walk with numerous dining options and minimarts. The rooms are large with washing machine, fridge, TV, kettle etc. The bathroom is small and in need of refreshing plus a shower curtain would help. There is a small terrace with a large clothes airer. The pool is sufficiently large to swim and is kept clean and with sunbeds."
