"The AC is right in the heart of downtown Asheville, within a 3 minute walk to dozens of restaurants, and the 2 main publuc squares. Onsite parking. Hotel is newish, clean and well cared for. The rain shower is a nice touch. TV offers streaming on your own Netflix and Prime accounts. Restaurant at the top is very nice, breakfast was good. Definitely go back. "

"Convenient to Harrah's casino, shops, and restaurants. Friendly front desk staff. Room could have been cleaner, found a cigar (still in the wrapper) on the floor, and some hair in the bathtub."

While the hotel was not filthy, they were definitely lax in taking care of the floors. There was discarded pieces of paper and food wrappers in parts of the hotel (stairwell, corner, next to front desk) that were not cleaned up the entire time we were there. "Visited a month after TS Helene came thru Asheville. I think the hotel is doing remarkably well for resolution it. I found it very convenient to downtown with plentiful parking. Hope to visit again when the situation has normalized in Asheville. Thank you for the hospitality!"
