"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face....

"Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... "The pool was very nice and staff was friendly ! The free breakfast was a good option . The room had no storage for clothes and they only changed the towels and bed linens every 2 days ! The window and doors were not properly sealed allowing mosquitoes to enter constantly! The satellite tv and WiFi was also spotty at times . It was family friendly but lacked many details to make this a superior quality stay ! I grade this a 6 out of 10 ! "
