"The hotel is older but well maintaned with a friendly staff. The property is clean and well maintained. Internet was high speed and television new. There was no microwave or hot pot which would have been nice. There was a Nespresso machine to make morning coffee. I have stayed here multiple times and the upgrades from the base room seem worth the cost. "

"Location was good just 5mins walk can reach bts and mbk.staff are friendly. Only downside is the chambermaid always forget to replace a new hand towel everyday. Overall im satisfied with this hotel."

"First room I got was very noisy because of heavy traffics on Sathorn road. Good thing they immediately let me changed to a different room upon request. 2nd room still had some traffic noises, but it was liveable. Smelled electrical burn when I turned on the TV. After I turned it off, smell went away within minutes. I like the clean restroom, clean sheets, pillows. It does not look like a hotel."
