"This was an ok property - a bit far away from the train station and particularly sketchy to walk at night. Breakfast was great. Some of the staff was quite nice and others not so nice. We stayed here for one night and it was pretty good to leave our bags during the day. Although you don't get a receipt for your bags. So... pretty much anybody can go and pick up bags. "

"Lovely welcome. Nice room. A/C didn’t seem to work but temperature was at 23.5 and so a bit too warm to sleep. Staff very helpful. Told us how to get to main sights and best way to visit Lake Como. Breakfast was very nice indeed. Metro straight from airport to a minute away from the hotel."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a great neighbourhood close to the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious with a good washroom and shower. They provide bottled water at no charge. The breakfast is very tasty with lots of variety. At the front desk, Severio was very friendly and helpful and directed us to wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. (The only problem we had was at checkout when one of the employees insisted it was better to take the bus to the airport instead of the train....
