"The room was clean and the staff were great. The actual hotel itself looked unkept and the main area dirty. On check in we were informed our room faced the street so could be noisy when asked if there were any other rooms we could upgrade to we were informed they were full however during our stay we maybe seen two other people in the hotel it was more like a ghost town. We noticed a large dead moth on the floor as we walked to our room on the first day this was still there six days later. The...

"Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut gelegen. Trotz der Nähe zur Bangla Road war es sehr ruhig und Nachts hat man überhaupt nichts gehört. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Eintreffen roch unser Zimmer sehr muffig. Das Personal zeigte uns sofort andere Zimmer und wir konnten wechseln. Die Zimmer wurden immer sehr gut gereinigt. Beim Frühstück dürfte es ein wenig mehr Abwechslung haben, besonders bei den Früchten."

Everyone from front desk to all employees very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant in hotel open 24 hours and food is very good. I will definitely stay here in the future."
