"The hotel was beautifully maintained. We appreciated the entertainment in the evenings but the production shows were very amateurish. The bands were very enjoyable and the beach party was our favorite night. The food and drinks were good and the Kulinarium French restaurant was very good with excellent ambiance but the Steak House and the Italian restaurant did not have a good environment. The beach is beautiful and the water sports were fun. All around, I would recommend the Hotel RIU Ocho Rios...

"The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"
