"Location"

"The staff was friendly and catered to the guests. Nice plants and flowers around and the view of the beach was great. The wifi didn't work at all in the room and the tv only worked one night and then it was down. Also, the hot water took a while to heat up and the pressure at the face basin was only a trickle. Bedroom itself was nice , just wished the bathroom was in better condition. Food was also ok at the restaurants. "

"This property was clean and convenient to everything including shopping, restaurants and most of all the beach! About that, the hotel gives free access and towels to ocho rios bay beach tjat is literally next door which saves guests US25. Factor that into the cost of a room at the hotel and that's a steal for sure. No need to worry that they offer no meals because there are restaurants and atms galore footsteps away in both directions. The television didnt offer many channels but did you really...

"The thing I appreciated most was the courtesy of the staff. From the front desk to the housekeepers. Only complaint is breakfast could be a 'solid', for the lack of a better word. Instead of just coffee and toast. Eggs fried or boiled. Or calaloo , saltfish. Nothing expensive. Anyway I enjoyed my stay and have shared my experience with others. "

"My second time staying in this unit and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. The property is well maintained and the unit is clean and comfortable. While I’m on vacation I still have a touch of home by being able to make a meal if I’d like, or hang out on the front patio to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. Will definitely stay here again."

"Our apartment was clean and nice 👌 fully equipped. I would definitely stay there again. I also liked how everything outside are in close proximity to the property. "

"This property is small but feels like I'm with family. The customer service is great and the food was amazing. "

"The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"

"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. I was warned by others never to rent that property again. It was just a horrible stay, the beds were very hard and worn out. It’s like you sleeping on a piece of board. The community it’s...
