"All staff were excellent at this property. It was super clean. Just one problem- the hairdryer was wires in so couldn’t be moved and the mirror was too far from it so it was difficult to blow dry your hair. Everything else great. "

We had booked in advance, and it happened to be when there was a very serious storm in Ireland, so we were without power at home, and the hotel had no power, but their generator was working, so they still accepted us, which was great. Couldn't fault the staff, they were all excellent. The pool wasn't open, which is understandable when there is no power, which was a minor disappointment for...

"I have found that dinner in the bar is sometimes amazing and sometimes not, it's a bit hit and miss unfortunately. It was not obvious when I booked the room via Expedia but the bed was a smallish double, thankfully the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger bed. I wish Expedia would make the size of bed more clear when booking. "
