"Just spent 2 nights 3 days in Dublin and stayed at this excellent IHG hotel. We arrived a few hours early but Rishi , who greeted us, managed to find us a room, welcomed us both to Dublin and as it was my wife’s birthday, Rishi organised 2 free complimentary drinks. "In Dublin for the rugby. Excellent service with double room ready to check into at 11 am which we didn't expect. Room was top rate, clean and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel or have any drinks at the bar but couldn’t fault the staff or facilities. "

"Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service. "

"Excellent location, almost brand new, bathroom so small but bed comfy and had a beautiful gift and card from hotel. Handy for shops, nightlife and if you like nice coffee and bakery Bread 41 round the corner is amazing. Also met one of the nicest staff members a true gent in Ken the concierge. We travel a lot and he is in my top 3 for staff we have met."

"The rooms have clearly been recently redone to a high standard. The room we were in was not huge but were well sized with very high ceilings. The bathroom was was big with a large shower. Overall, it was perfect for our stay!"
