They had to deal with an unfortunate and out of their control issue regarding the water supply but they had a great solution in place and handled it fantasically. "One night stay for visit to see Santa in Elf Town in Galway. The hotel was spotless. The staff were Friendly. The pool had the warmest water of any pool I've been in and we have a lot of pools in Killarney area. The kids loved every minute. The breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Really pleasant stay at the Radisson. Food was lovely (although a bit on the expensive side for portion sizes). Wait staff were lovely in the ground bar. The room was in excellent condition. There was confusion at the reception when checking in - the reception staff tried to say the room was not pre-paid and asked me to pay again. This took several minutes to sort and a lot of back and forth with different staff members, which wasn’t the best start to the stay after spending close to 3 hours...
