"Wonderful experience "

"Stayed for one night before visiting Eden Hall. Room was warm and comfortable. We ate dinner in the Chinese restaurant within the hotel which was lovely. Breakfast was prepared to order with lots of options. My daughter really enjoyed her salmon and scrambled egg. I would definitely stay again."

"The bed sheets were clean but had spots of old blood on when i was ready for bed. The member of staff who checked me in was fine. The room was basic but what do you expect for the price. The location was pretty good for my requirements. But it is a dodgy neighbourhood. "

"Stayed here for the night nefore my wedding with family n friends .my sons door didnt lock and reception wasnt bothered advertises they do breakfasts on the door but dont rooms and building very dated ordered travel cot got a single bed for 7month old wont be stopping again"

"Lovely stay, attic room very nice but heating should have been turned on before we arrived on one of the coldest days of the year! It was very cold and took a while to warm up. Otherwise all lovely and breakfast was excellent, staff friendly. A great location for exploring old and new Lincoln! Would revisit "

After a five hour drive we are always met with a friendly smile from the receptionist, quite often Caitlin, which automatically makes us feel welcome and lifts us from that journey. Everything is clean and comfortable and the dining experience is excellent too. All staff are friendly and cheerful making it an even more enjoyable experience. "The hotel was very clean and staff friendly. We had welcome snacks and drink on the house. Experience was very good overall with the only exception the building is bit old and need a touch of refurbishment Had small flies coming from the vents of my room and was a bit unpleasant"
