"Quick easy check in, room fine"

"The hosts and staff at this hotel were always helpful and welcoming. At the time of our stay they were putting in new radiators but ensured that we had an electric heater in our room to keep it warm. Room was comfortable and modern. The food in the restaurant was amazing and would highly recommend eating there. Good choice of food for breakfast and hot breakfast was cooked to order. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Excellent value for money. "

"Room was quite small but liked the modern bathroom and walk in shower. Many stairs to first floor but asked for assistance with luggage. Tv brightness seemed non adjustable but mentioned to reception when leaving. "

"The reception staff were excellent and very friendly. The lady serving in the Restaurant and bar again was very pleasant and friendly. My food was lovely and delivered by the Chef with an apology for taking so long. However it didn't seem to take long at all."

"Stayed here for the night nefore my wedding with family n friends .my sons door didnt lock and reception wasnt bothered advertises they do breakfasts on the door but dont rooms and building very dated ordered travel cot got a single bed for 7month old wont be stopping again"

"Staff were fanastatic polite ans courteous. Very nice well kept hotel. A real shame that the service didnt finish on a high, last morning 1-forgot our breakfast order 2-breakfast arrived with burnt/cindered bacon 3-as it was New Years day and close to the end id breakfast service, we didnt point out the obvious, we left the bacon and ate the rest, i said to the server it should not have been put on the plate. And an apology would have sufficed. She said sorry. Little things matter, ignorance...

"The hotel was very clean and staff friendly. We had welcome snacks and drink on the house. Experience was very good overall with the only exception the building is bit old and need a touch of refurbishment Had small flies coming from the vents of my room and was a bit unpleasant"

"Visiting family before new year. Lovely single room with small en-suite but perfect for me. Everything I needed was available but in the kitchen, required more utensils for cooking. I got takeaway and used what I could, no problem with bowls/plates and kitchen appliances. Great spacious clean kitchen. Lovely place to stay, recommend. "
