"Excellent location! Chair lift just across the road. In the heart of the beautiful town of Val Claret. Staff were also excellent especially Marion, who accommodated all our requests. On the negative side, the hotel is very old and dated. The breakfast and dinner was average. Would still highly recommend staying here. "

"If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. We booked through Expedia and chose a pay at hotel option - and had picked to include breakfast and access to the spa. The hotel denied that we had chosen that option. Expedia said they couldn’t do...

"Fantastic location for skiing! Locker rooms on slope meters from chair lifts. Good choice of food for breakfast with amazimg views of mountains and bottom of pistes. Large bar area with big screen. Hotel is tired but very comfortable and in similar condition to other ski hotels i have used. Arrived late into resort and bo restaurants were open but duty manager went and found food for us which was very much appreciated!!"

"Excellent location. Excellent value for money. The best 2 bartenders in the world (shoutout to George and Freddie for the exceptional service and sharing yoir drink making artistry!). We opted for the half board which was excellent value (even considering we opted for one night out at Les Coursives in Meribel village...
