"The hotel has no sign on the facade, and it was stressing to find it without that. There is no concierge and the registration is strange, with a WhatsApp communication to a staff member, having to take picture of the passport and send it over via WhatsApp or email, which is strange and concerning. Also concerning is a “contract” that we are asked to sign in order to get access to the building. I found the process very strange and concerning. Had never seen a hotel asking us to sign a contract...

However, two other parties were left outside for 15+ minutes, calling on multiple cell phones, yelling in German. The room was clean and efficient, but had minimal comfort items. "Overall very good. Excellent location. Issue with Checkin which was at a hotel 100 feet or so uphill from this hôtel. Notice of this was done only at entrance to hotel. Breakfast also serves at the other hôtel. Both hotels have same Owner. "

"If you want a nice, peaceful, away from everything kind of place, then this is your stop. Up on top of the mountains, you have a fantastic view all around you. It is very quiet and you can sleep peacefully. The rooms are quite basic, no fridge, soap stuffs, but it is still a great lodge. The owners are very nice and amazing folks who will do what they can to make your stay pleasant. This was definitely a relaxing stay for me."

Very hot room in July with no air conditioning, no table to work. Breakfast frugal. Coffee machine not working, had to ask staff 3 times to empty it add water etc.. Mattress very soft and very heavy duvet not suitable for this high temperature. "
