Good place
When arriving we found out there is old wing and new wing. We needed to pay more money for moving to the new part of the hotel. The hotel is very good. The spa is nice. The service is good. Rooms in new wing are excellent

Unser Wellnessurlaub zum Jahresausklang war sehr entspannt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Die Doppelzimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mehr als umfangreich. Sogar für sämtliche Unverträglichkeiten ist vorgesorgt. Sehr lobenswert… Zudem hat das Hotel einen sehr schönen Spa-Bereich. Lediglich am letzten Tag war eine Sauna nicht in Betrieb. Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nous venons de passer trois nuits á cet hôtel pour fuir les fortes chaleurs de Vienne. Petit souci de chbre prête en retard à l’arrivée très buen suivi par la réception. Tout le reste était parfait. Mention tres spéciale aux hôtesses de la réception, adorables et à l’écoute. Un grand merci à la personne responsable du spa et de la piscine, d’une gentillesse et disponibilité incroyables.. le coeur sur la main! Merci pour tout

Toller Spa, ein paar Details nicht ganz optimal
Ich bin wiedergekommen weil der Spa und Pool wirklich schön sind und für eine Wochenend-Auszeit perfekt. Das Zimmer, Check in und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Luft nach oben ist in den Details. So war zB das Shampoo im Zimmer leer (was man erst merkt wenn man in der Dusche steht). Auch in der Waldsauna waren von 7 shampoo/seifenspendern nur 2 befüllt. WC Papier musste man dort suchen. Die Bar am Pool öffnet mittags aber nirgends stand wann genau. Einen Kaffee gibts nur ‚basic‘ ohne Milchschaum. Auf der Suche nach Kaffee bevor die Bar geöffnet hat sind wir auf eine freundliche aber hilflose weder Englisch noch Deutschsprechende Mitarbeiterin getroffen, die offensichtlich selbst Schwierigkeiten hatte mit der Maschine zu hantieren. Nochmal zur Bar: kein breites Weinangebot, nur Vetliner und Cocktails wie Aperol. Da erwartet man sich mehr von Krems. Etwas Schade war, dass man den Spa erst ab 14 Uhr (Anreisetag) und nur bis 14 Uhr (Abreisetag) nutzen darf. Das sollte keine Rolle spielen, es verteilt sich im schönen, weitläufigen Spa und Garten ohnehin. Auch überraschend: Kleinkinder und Ballspiele am Pool und Innenpool. Ich bin selbst Mutter aber in einem Spa lieber ‚ohne‘ und Kindergequengel in der raren (und doch nicht ganz so billigen) Auszeit wäre mir lieber gewesen. Trotzdem wahrscheinlich eines der besten Hotels um Wien kurz zu entfliehen und die Weinberge zu genießen!
