"The hotel experience was great, love the layout and old prison theme. The outdoor can get a bit noisy and the room was a bit stuffy but overall cool experience. Would recommend as the location is also great. "

"Maintenance was performed while we were in the room. I understand they were upgrading the entire property but they should do that when no one is in the room. Breakfast at 20.00 Swiss franks was overly expensive for what was offered. Items were not refilled. No warm items offered. "

"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "
