Mariah quickly resolved the issue and was very professional. We admire esteem customer service and she went above and beyond. I recommend staying here. The view and accessible were great. The pool area is nice. We were able to park easily. The location is also centralized to places to eat, etc. overall, a very good stay!"

"We were told by the cleaning staff that our stay was over; so, we were 100 miles down the road before I could check my itinerary to find out we checked out a full day early. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"I moved away from Memphis but both my parents live there still. So every time I come now I stay NO WHERE but the Memphian. And each time its been great. The staff are friendly. The man who works shift at night, who I believe is a manager, helped me park in a good place. He did not have to do that plus have a smile doing it!. @20 STARS SERVICE!!!!"
