"I'd never stayed in a ryokan before, but have always heard what it was like. I can confidently say, after being in this one, that ryokans are an exceptional place to relax. The traditional rooms are spacious, has a great views, and sleeping in a futon on tatami is a classic for a reason! The amenities are very nice too, with two whole building's worth of stuff! "とてもきれいで、ロケーションも最高でした。部屋も広くゆったりできたので子ども達も大満足でした。バルコニーが素敵だったので、そこで夜ゆっくり飲みながら団欒するのを目的でその部屋を予約したのですが、照明が壊れていたのが残念でした（代わりのLEDランタンを用意していただきました）。 周りに夕食を食べるところが無かったので、せっかく部屋にガスコンロや炊飯器等が設置されていたので部屋で料理して食事しました。事前に問合せしたら調理器具やお皿は無く、全てレンタルとの事でしたので全て持参して調理しました。それも楽しい思い出の一つとなりました。お風呂も広く、洗濯して乾燥までできましたし、色々と満足できる内容でした。機会があれば、また泊まりたいと思いました。"

"夕食前に温泉に入りましたが、脱衣所にゴキが。出て直ぐにスタッフに伝えましたが、「忙しい」の一言で対応して貰えませんでした。 翌日、８時に予約していた朝食前に風呂に入りました。９時までが入浴時間でしたが、７時半くらいに連れ合いが脱衣所で着替え中に男性清掃員が入ってきたそうです。こんな事はあってはならない事ですし、万が一のことを考え女性用風呂には女性スタッフが確認してから、清掃を始めるべきです。"
