"The staff while very pleasant are not well trained. We asked them a few questions about popular places in the city but they had no knowledge of the areas. This hotel is for business people and they appear to have few English speaking tourists. The staff was eager to assist but for the most part are young and inexperienced."

The traditional rooms are spacious, has a great views, and sleeping in a futon on tatami is a classic for a reason! The amenities are very nice too, with two whole building's worth of stuff!
