"12/30/24- HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. We had to catch a train at 5:55 AM. Cit'Hôtel le Welcome was the perfect place for it. Really less than 5 minute walk to the train station, therefore easy access to both the train and the Altibus to the ski stations of the Savoie! We did not spend much time there to enjoy the area, and the proprietor seemed very nice. We were in and out very fast. Quiet area, clean room with the necessary essentials. With a great imagination my daughter said the hotel...

"DO NOT BOOK! The pictures are not a true representation of this hotel. It is dirty, old (falling apart), everything is at the lowest quality this is not a three star hotel. Room was horrid - thin and cheap pillow, shower that is either too hot or too cold (my young son burnt himself), overcrowded ski area that smells vile and not cleaned well. The staff don’t care or tell you there’s nothing they can do. The biggest regret of our family holiday was to book this place!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Le Diva. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet food for breakfast and dinner was good quality and plentiful, with lots of variety. In particular the New years eve meal was excellent. The room was quite small, but there is a large bar area where we could relax and play games. "Hotel was great - family run and all staff welcoming, relaxed and very customer focussed. Breakfast had a good selection of foods to help yourself to. Eating out in local area was expensive but there is plenty of choice - popular places get booked up so worth booking a few days in advance. Appertivo is a big thing where Apres ski drinks are served with snacks but included in the price of the drink €10/beer is usual.
