"We stayed here and were impressed with the service. It is primarily a ski hotel and we needed to transport our baggage down the slope at an early hour...the staff willingly did it by tobaggan. This is a traditional japanese hotel...witg futons and communal bathing area which was fun to experience. Snow monkeys were fun to see."

The hotel pickup drop off service was great. We gave the hotel our train’s arrival time and the driver met us with a van when the train arrived! No waiting in the cold! We liked how our hotel room was extremely clean. The included breakfast buffet was excellent too. Almost all the hotel staff we spoke to could also speak...

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by the owner welcoming us in and getting us settled in our room. They made sure we got sorted in the morning and ready for our Myoko Adventure.
