"The hotel is extremely nice. I was thoroughly surprised when I arrived to see how well maintained it is. The hotel isn't really near anything - we stayed here after taking the evening train from Shanghai before embarking on to Moganshan the next day. It's a perfect place to stay for one night. Rooms are spacious, though they do allow smoking in some rooms so just be aware when booking to note your preference. Breakfast was a good mix of Western and Chinese. "nice new business hotel with new very nice rooms, but the lobby looked like a haunted house with no service staff to speak of and no smiles. no decent restaurants in hotel or in the area as district is new. I would recommend Novotel to send their staff from Paris to help train the locals more. "
