"Staff at hotel super helpful and friendly. I have stayed at 2 Hotel Bed4U hotels on my trip to Bilbao/Santander, both have been wonderful however the Santander hotel has been the best. We arrived to our room with 2 glass bottles of water, a welcome note and some sweets. A lovely touch! "The room was exactly as you might imagine for student accommodation in that there was a bathroom, bed, desk and kitchen area. The kitchen had a large fridge with small freezer compartment and there was a microwave and oven top. There were some utensils in the cupboards too. There is a Mercadona about 5-10minutes walk away and a bakery and cafe about five minutes away too. There is a bus stop immediately outside the accommodation. "We stayed overnight as our ferry back to the UK was midday. It's about a 10 minute drive to get to the Ferry port. Hotel had good size beds, nice hot showers and the food in the café was decent standard at a good price. We travelled with our dog who was allowed in the cafe, which was a bonus for us. There's a restaurant with an outside terrace which we didn't see or use as the weather wasn't good enough. Staff all friendly. Would certainly stay here again."
