"We were refused the entry to the hotel. We reached hotel at 11pm. Rang the door bell nobody answer it. Rang the number on the booking. The guy at the either end of the phone was rude, un copertive, not helpful and also he put the phone down on me. I several time and the guy took the phone of the hook so I could not get in touch. The only thing he kept saying is ‘do not speak English’. I even found a translator from street but the guy would not answer my calls. I think guy need to taught how to...

Tampoco se pueden pedir más mantas porque no hay gente del hotel por ni a la tarde ni a la noche. La tarde que llegamos no había nadie del hotel. Tuvimos que esperar a que nos abrieran. Hicimos la reserva por Hoteles.com y la propietaria ni siquiera sabía que el hotel estaba en la página. Hay opciones mucho más recomendables por la zona. "
