Be warned and save yourself the headache we had to deal with. Room booked was supposed to have a balcony, it didn’t. Hotel receptionist was supposed to speak English, Italian and French. She only spoke Italian and was very confused. She couldn’t find our booking for a while and claimed we hadn’t paid but eventually called...
